For gas spring adjustment, users should refer to the manual and move the arm to the target height, then tighten the gas spring tension accordingly. Rotating the inner screw clockwise or counterclockwise can adjust the pressure of the gas spring.
If the monitor is facing down, users should first loosen the tilt bolts, hold the bottom of the monitor, and adjust it to the desired angle. Then, they should re-tighten the tilt bolt to fix the intended angle.
For VESA patterns outside the standard 75x75mm or 100x100mm, MOUNTUP offers a free VESA adapter (model MU0045) for 200x100mm or 200x200mm patterns. For VESA exceeding this range or without VESA holes, users will need to purchase a suitable VESA adapter.
To ensure compatibility, users should confirm their monitor's size (up to 35''), VESA plate (75x75mm or 100x100mm), weight (6.6-26.5 lbs), and desk thickness (0.39''-3.15'' for clamp mount or 0.39''-3.15'' for grommet base mount).
